I see healing as a journey that encompasses accepting the physical, emotional, and psychological parts of ourselves
In practice, I embrace a diverse approach that reflects the individuality of each person I work with and accepts all parts of them. I see healing as a journey that encompasses accepting the physical, emotional, and psychological parts of ourselves that are often neglected. As an LPC-Associate, I am passionate about creating a supportive and non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their unique challenges and reconnect the mind and body. My approach integrates somatic experiencing, interpersonal dynamics, and experiential techniques, combined with IFS Parts Work and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to provide a holistic and transformative therapeutic experience that is long-lasting.
I specialize in empowering queer, neurodiverse adults who are highly sensitive, anxious, fear abandonment, and experience a variety of repeated issues in their relationships with skills and awareness to regulate their own emotions and process trauma. I use this holistic approach which uses techniques like tapping, yoga, guided meditation, and art to help gain insight in a safe way to access daily emotional balance and heal relational, sexual, and religious trauma wounds.
I love grounding through art and movement. Relaxing for me lately looks like making bracelets for the next concert I’m attending, walking my 2-year-old dog, practicing yoga, and coloring new scenes from the Bobbie Goods adult coloring book. I’m your friendly neighborhood neurodivergent bookworm who frequents the monthly art night and is often glued to a Spotify playlist. Novelty and creativity are essential in my day-to-day life and I love bringing that into my therapy sessions.
