Working with professionals in a compassionate space can provide a platform for you and your partner or family to discuss ruptures, fears, and concerns about relationships can help improve secure attachment. In relationships, there is the risk of betrayal, abandonment, rejection, and loneliness. We cannot escape relationship conflict but we can equip ourselves with the skills to foster compassion, listen and speak hard truths, and build the confidence to work toward repair.

It is ideal; however, we know it is not always possible. Talk to your counselor about the best way to handle instances when one or more individuals will not be in attendance.
